These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sayari Travel. ("Haven", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

When you make a booking through our Services, you enter into a contract directly with the service provider (hotel, airline, tour operator, etc.). Haven acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We are not responsible for bookings that are not confirmed due to technical issues, payment failures, or unavailability.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking (names, dates, contact information) is accurate. Errors may result in additional fees or inability to use services.
All prices are displayed in the currency selected by you and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
Haven may charge service fees for certain bookings. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.
Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are displayed during booking. You are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific service provider.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service provider's policy. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.
Some bookings are non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.) to our Services, you grant Haven a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). Your contract is directly with the service provider.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HAVEN IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haven, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@sayaritravel.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Haven individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Haven regarding your use of our Services.
